Varex GS-298

The Varex GS-298 is a grid-controlled rotating anode X-ray tube that was supplied as an OEM tube for several Philips Tomoscan CT systems. It is part of the G-297/G-298 family, with the G-298 version providing grid control for rapid electron beam switching used in CT applications.

Notes

  • The GS-298 is an older CT tube and is no longer in current production.
